Behind the Scenes in the TBI Kitchen

The TBI kitchen comes alive when preparations for the New Hampshire Jewish Food Festival are underway. While our kitchen “mavens” (experts) are busy mixing, rolling, blending, frying, and baking, they are also “schmoozing” (networking). What do they do while the rugelach and strudel are baking and cooling? Mahjong is a great way to make the time pass.
