Mazel Tov Lori Reitsma – TBI’s Own Hamentaschen Pastry Chef

The New Hampshire Jewish Food Festival is a labor of love for many TBI volunteers, but Lori Reitsma stands out in the baking arena. This year Lori single handedly baked 444 strawberry hamentaschen and 315 poppy seed hamentaschen, that’s a total of 759 hamentaschen! These tasty treats have been a staple at the Jewish Food Festival Bakery Table from years past and a popular option on this year’s online ordering menu. Temple B’nai Israel is lucky to have Lori’s baking talent and commitment. Many thanks Lori! Yasher Koach – a job well done!
