Terms for Enrollment

TBI School Calendar and Information:

Temple B'nai Israel will provide the Parent/Guardian with a copy of the official school calendar for the 2025-2026 academic year. This calendar will outline all school days, holidays, scheduled breaks, and important dates.

Attendance Responsibility:

The Parent/Guardian is responsible for ensuring regular and punctual attendance at all scheduled school sessions.
The Parent/Guardian will notify the Rabbi in advance of any planned absences.
In the event of an unplanned absence (e.g., illness), the Parent/Guardian will notify the Rabbi as soon as possible.
The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that excessive absences may impact academic progress.

Fees:

The Parent/Guardian must be a member in good standing of Temple B'nai Israel
The Parent/Guardian agrees to pay the fee of $50 per child, in addition to the membership fee.

Conduct and Discipline:

The Child and Parent/Guardian agree to abide by the code of conduct and disciplinary policies.
The parent/guardian agrees to support the Rabbi in any disciplinary actions.

Health and Safety:

The Parent/Guardian will provide accurate and up-to-date health information, including any allergies, medical conditions, or required medications.
The Parent/Guardian authorizes the Rabbi or other school personnel to administer basic first aid and to contact emergency medical services if necessary.
The Parent/Guardian will provide up to date emergency contact information.

Release of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, the parent/guardian releases Temple B'nai Israel from liability for injuries that may occur during the normal course of school activities.
