Blintzes

Join the crowd!  If you haven’t tried our cheese blintzes, you don’t know what you are missing.  Blintzes are lightly fried crêpes that are filled with a mixture of farmer’s cheese and cream cheese.  We suggest topping with New Hampshire Blueberry Sauce (sold separately) and you will say what one Food Festival attendee said: “Every year they make me want to cry; they are so good!”
