Brisket with Gravy (1/2 lb pack, frozen)


Quantity: 1/2 lb. (frozen)

The whole brisket is cooked for several hours in onions and garlic, to give it zest, and whole cranberries to give a little sweetness.  Then it is thinly sliced for delicious sandwiches on rolls or hearty bread.

Thaw the meat and gravy.  Heat brisket and gravy together to desired temperature using whatever heating method you prefer. May be served as a sandwich on rye bread or a roll or plated.
