Quantity: approx. 1/2 Pint Oh, what the heck. Unless you are really worried about your own liver, heart, etc., indulge yourself in the real thing. That’s sautéed chicken livers with onions and hard-boiled eggs and chickpeas, chopped together for the best of appetizers. Good on crackers, matzo, to stuff celery or to eat by the spoonful.
